Does Group Acca take bets?
No. Group Acca is not a bookmaker and never takes bets. It is a free app for making picks with your group and keeping score. If a group decides to have a bet, that happens outside the app.

Why Group Acca
Built for the group chat.
- Free to play. No bets taken.Group Acca is for picks, results and bragging rights. Nothing is staked through the app, and it never takes a bet.
- Your group, your call.If your group fancies a bet, that is up to you and happens outside the app. We only keep score.
- Settle up your way.If your group plays for a stake, the app shows who has paid and links to Monzo, Revolut or PayPal. Money moves between you, never through us.
- Made for mates, open to strangers.Run a group with your friends, or join the free weekend group and play with other players.
Is the weekend group really free?
Yes. The app is free to download and the weekend group is free to play. Nothing is staked, and Group Acca never holds or processes money.
I don’t know anyone in the group. Is that okay?
That’s the point. The weekend group is a community group open to anyone. Open the Groups tab, tap it and confirm to join. Your name and photo appear on its leaderboards.
Can I start a group with my mates too?
Yes. Create a group in the app, name it and share the join code. You can be in the weekend group and your own groups at the same time.
What can I pick?
A good range on every fixture: a team to win or the draw, both teams to score, over or under goals, a result plus both teams to score, and less common ones like double chance and draw no bet.
Is it available outside the UK?
The App Store listing is UK-only at the moment. The Android app is on Google Play.
